Welcome!
This blog was created for two reasons: 1) to document my travels in Europe and 2) to record my Crossfit programming. Originally, it was created as a place to post pictures for my family. But along the way it's morphed into a "training log" if you will. Recording the "broad time" aspect of crossfit's definition of health for future comparison. It's a dual purpose blog and I hope you get a kick out of it. I'll post everything from History (my major), pictures, adventures, mishaps, workouts, cultural observations, the occasional quote, and anything else life throws at me!
